Charles-Henri Benoit has gained considerable experience in a wide range of fields. After three years as a consultant, he spent 10 years in Finance Management positions in Switzerland and abroad. During this period, he was involved in numerous investment and divestment transactions, mostly abroad. In 2001, Charles-Henri Benoit created his own consulting company with a clear focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring and Corporate Finance. (++)

Serge Zybach has assumed General Management responsibility for almost 10 years, managing large multinational Business Units with up to 2500 employees and 600 MCHF in turnover and was based respectively in Switzerland, France and England. In all those years he has acquired a profound knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Services. In his role as Managing Director he also has restructured and divested a number of businesses. Prior to that he had different positions in Finance Management such as Accounting, Auditing and Corporate Finance. (++)
